One of the best ways how to quickly get in psychical and physical well-being is to change environments and get rid of any stressful factors. A stay in a spa is an ideal choice; you can really relax, take advantage of all the services and entrust yourself in the hands of professionals without any worries. During our anti-stress program, you can comfortably lay down in our salt cave, herbal baths, at massages, breath in air enriched with oxygen, drink herbal teas and plan where to go next - sport, shopping, culture or if you just spend the time by yourself. Even that is very important for your psyche, as you surely know. The anti-stress is full of pleasant things that will make you feel reborn.
Minimal length of stay: 5 Nights / Recommended day of arrival: Sunday

- Please note that the package is only possible for persons older than 15 years.
- Because pregnancy is considered a contraindication pregnant women can choose only from a limited list of procedures. If you are or might be pregnant, please inform the staff about this fact beforehand.
